Learning to drive in Ipswich
Ipswich gives a learner two very different kinds of driving. The older city around Brisbane Street and Limestone Street is a heritage town built over hills, so hill starts and reading the older, narrower streets become second nature early. Out in the newer estates at Springfield, Springfield Lakes, Ripley and Redbank Plains, the streets are wide and modern and full of roundabouts, which makes them a calm place to build confidence.
Our Ipswich instructors are local, so they teach on the roads you will actually use, from those quiet estate streets to the busier arterials like Warwick Road and East Street, and the roundabouts the area is known for. The same instructor takes you every lesson, and if a parent is arranging things they can book and keep track of how it is going. What we are after is someone still comfortable on the Ipswich hills and roundabouts years after they pass.
