Our instructors can use these internal residential roads for early sessions that focus on speed control, scanning through bends and handling undulating terrain without overwhelming traffic. The golf course itself is also a handy landmark, making it easier to describe where you will be meeting and which parts of the suburb you will be driving through as you gain experience.

Around Magnolia Drive and Tournament Drive, the Woolworths Brookwater retail area introduces turning traffic, pedestrians and car parks. This gives a useful next step after quieter streets, where you can practise indicating into local collector roads, judging gaps, parking and navigating a small retail precinct. As you progress, our instructors may incorporate Augusta Parkway and the Centenary Highway access so you learn to join and leave multi-lane, higher-speed traffic that connects Brookwater with Springfield, Springfield Central and the wider Greater Springfield road network.
