Learning to drive here
On the road in Loganlea
Much of Loganlea is residential, so early lessons can focus on simple local streets, parked cars and everyday school traffic rather than complex multi-lane roads. Our instructors use areas around Loganlea State High School on Neridah Street and nearby homes to introduce speed control, observation at intersections and turning into and out of tighter streets in a calm, practical way.
As you progress, Loganlea’s safety camera precinct is useful for learning consistent urban habits. Corridors such as Station Road and Monash Road, with monitored intersections and nearby parks, help you practise scanning for pedestrians, watching your speed, and approaching signals or give way points properly. Our instructors choose times with suitable traffic so you can focus on mirror checks, gap selection and lane positioning without feeling rushed.
