Gladstone Road and the Dornoch Terrace ridgeline introduce the kind of mixed conditions many new drivers will face later, with buses, small business activity and local parking movements. Our instructors can use suitable sections and times of day to work on lane discipline, turning into and out of side streets and interacting with buses at stops. Smaller parks such as Highgate Hill Park and Lyons Playground Park, along with the community garden, add pedestrians and short‑stay parking nearby, which helps you practise scanning, gap selection and courteous low‑speed driving around shared community spaces.
