- Correct address: Incorrect address or suburb details could lead to the loss of your lesson payment, so please provide accurate information.
- Voucher validity: Unless stated otherwise in specific promotions, unused vouchers revert to a cash balance after 12 months and credit expires 36 months after purchase.
- Cancellations: You can cancel your lesson anytime via your online account or by contacting us during business hours.
- Cancellation policy: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel a lesson without charge.
- Refund policy: Refunds are handled according to our terms and conditions, and may be subject to an administrative fee.
- Government fees: This package does not cover any fees required by the government for the driving test.
