I had been a pretty nervous driver in the past (coming from a more rural area) and the few lessons I booked to prepare for my test helped me greatly! He really pointed out every single little thing that’s important to know and think about to be a safe driver and to pass the test.
Has great guidelines to follow for everything, like parallel parking, which I was really scared of prior to our lessons and had no clue how to do. He explained everything thoroughly and in a way that’s both easy to understand and to follow.

Tim was the best driving instructor I could have had. We had several lessons and he taught me so much about the road and maneuvers. He prepared me and took me down roads that were on my test so I grew very familiar with the area around my home. Tim made me feel comfortable, was patient and clear with his instructions. After some lessons with him I passed my P's test with feedback from the examiner that my maneuvers were fantastic which was something I wasn't as confident in. I couldn't recommend him more. He prepares you for the real deal and I will be using the tips he taught me for driving for as long as I'm able to drive.

Before him, I paid with two private people, and it was a disaster. I lost my money and I left feeling frustrated, thinking I would never pass the exam.

As a woman in her 30’s who had always been nervous about driving I’ve been through a few driving instructors over the years, and had all but given up hope of getting a licence. Tim is hands down the best instructor ever. He was absolutely fantastic at easing my anxiety during my couple of lessons, as well as before my test package this morning. I was super nervous but because of the way Tim taught me the necessary skills and tips to remember everything I needed to, I passed my test on my first attempt.

Timothy Boast is a patient, kind, and reliable driving instructor. He is not easily fazed and does not get flustered or angered, even if he has to show you the same manoeuvre a dozen times in a row or consistently remind you to check over your shoulder. I have been through three driving instructors in the attempt to get my licence and he is the only one I would recommend. If you need a driving instructor or any help getting your licence because like me you’re anxious about it, do yourself a favour and get Tim’s help. You will not regret it. Above and beyond 100/10. This guy is super chill to drive with. He is practical with his training, won't make you read over charts and documents to understand something, instead, he will make you do it to learn. I prefer that kind of training, and he worked perfectly for me.

He is also a pretty chill guy to talk to, he won't distract you from what's important, but if there's downtime, he won't be afraid to have a chat about whatever topic comes up. Overall, he was very helpful and I recommend him to anyone!

As someone who had struggled with getting test ready for 2 years and had already tried 3 different instructors from different driving schools, I have to say that none have even remotely compared to Tim.
His method of teaching is highly effective and straightforward, and surely deserves the praise. It makes sense and is easy to follow, and when it comes to manoeuvres, he teaches you how to fix it rather than getting you to start again.
I recently passed my Ps test and got a near perfect score. Tim was super supportive the whole way, and really helped to calm the pre test nerves.

He is such an outstanding instructor with clear and coherent teaching methods as well as great knowledge. Professional, reliable, knowledgeable and encouraging at all times, Tim has a warm approach that greatly helped reduce any anxiety during my lessons, and put me in the best frame of mind to absorb and retain all I had learned each time. I feel I have become a safe and capable driver, who not only understands how to drive well in the areas I'm familiar with, but can confidently and quickly apply that understanding to any situation I encounter on the road, anywhere.
