My 2 sons have both had Alan to prepare for their manual driving licences in 2021 and 2023. 5 lessons each with Alan and both passed test first time. Personally, Allan is an exceptional person who has reasonable level of patience and stoicism.

He does not overly spoon-feed or nag you throughout which is a relief - he allows you to find and fix your mistakes along the way.
However if there is a case of uncertainty, Allan does his best to explain it to you in the most clear-cut way possible that even the smallest and most sensitive minds can understand...not saying that I am under those extremes.

Anyhow if you need a manual driver to teach, train and supervise you, Allan is your go-to. Also, his British-ness may compel you to articulate and posture correctly along the ride.

Ethan passed his driving exam on Tuesday. Which was also his 18th birthday. The examiner praised his knowledge and skill and was very impressed with his driving.
